If you have ever had a detailer work in your driveway, you know the compromises: whatever light the day happens to give you, a garden hose, an extension cord, and a clock running the entire time. Drop-off work removes all of that. You leave the car at our studio garage in Sugar Grove, the work gets done properly, and you pick it up finished. It is also the cheaper way to buy the same service — usually by about 25%.
How drop-off actually works
Book online and pick your date. Saturday and Sunday drop-offs start in the morning; Friday drop-offs start at noon.
Leave the car at our studio garage in Sugar Grove. The handoff takes about two minutes.
We text you when we start and again when the car is ready.
Most services are same-day. Paint correction and ceramic coating stay overnight, because the coating needs time to flash and cure before the car goes back outside.
Pay online when you book, or in person when you collect the car.
Why a studio beats a driveway
This is not a preference, it is a set of physical constraints. Machine polishing depends on being able to see what you are doing, and direct sunlight hides the exact swirls and scratches you are trying to remove. A breezy driveway puts grit back onto a panel you just decontaminated. A ceramic coating needs a dust-controlled space and a stable temperature while it cures. None of that exists at the kerb, which is why we do not offer paint correction or coatings mobile at all.
The quieter advantage is time. In a driveway there is always an implied clock — someone is waiting, the light is going, the next appointment is across town. In our own garage there is no clock. A car that needs another hour on the interior gets another hour.
What drop-off detailing costs
These are our real published prices, not a range designed to get you on the phone.
The Factory Reset — $250, and $199.99 through August 31, 2026. About four hours. A full interior and exterior detail: vacuum throughout, high-traffic areas extracted, vents and crevices steam-cleaned, leather and trim conditioned, glass and door jambs, then a foam hand wash, chemical decontamination, wheels and tires, and a spray sealant.
Interior Reconditioning Only — from $325. Six hours on the cabin alone.
Exterior Reconditioning Only — from $445. Six hours: decontamination, clay, machine polish, sealant.
The Full Reconditioning — from $545. Twelve hours, inside and out.
Paint Correction — from $795. Measured, panel-by-panel work on the clear coat.
Ceramic Coating — $425 for one year, $995 for three years, $1,695 for five years.
Prices are set for sedans and coupes. Choose your vehicle size at checkout: SUV or crossover adds $30, truck or three-row adds $60.
Drop-off vs. mobile: the difference in real numbers
We still come to you, and that service is priced as a premium because a mobile appointment costs us the drive, the setup and the teardown. If you are willing to bring the car to us instead, you keep that difference. Same work, same person, lower price:
Full Reconditioning: $545 at the studio versus $725 mobile. You keep $180, about 25%. The studio version also gets twelve hours instead of eight.
Interior Reconditioning: $325 at the studio versus $495 mobile. You keep $170, about 34%.
Mobile Maintenance Wash stays at $149 and is the right call for upkeep between studio visits — no drop-off needed.
What a detail will and will not do
Worth being straight about, because a lot of detailing advertising is not. A detail is a deep clean and a protection step. It is not a restoration and it is not paint correction. After a Factory Reset your car will look a lot better — noticeably so, inside and out. What it will not do is remove swirl marks, sand scratches or oxidation from the clear coat. That is a separate, slower process done with a machine polisher and a paint depth gauge, and it is priced separately for a reason.
Every car also starts somewhere different. A three-year-old commuter with a dirty interior comes back close to new. A ten-year-old vehicle that has never been detailed comes back dramatically improved but still ten years old. We do not promise a specific result, and you should be wary of anyone who does.
Add-ons you can put on any drop-off
These are selectable at checkout and each one adds its own time to the appointment, so the booking calendar accounts for them automatically.
Engine Bay Detail — $75
Headlight Restoration — $85
Pet Hair Removal — $115
Leather Reconditioning — $120
Ozone Odor Treatment — $185
