Refund & Return Policy

All product sales are final. We don't accept returns of opened or unopened products.

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, text or call us at (331) 431-0375 within 7 days of delivery and send a photo of the product and packaging. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping — your choice. You don't need to send the damaged item back.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.

Appointments, cancellations and rescheduling for detailing services are covered by the booking terms shown when you book.

Shipping Policy

Orders ship within 1 business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). We ship with USPS, and shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the package weight. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

Choose Pickup at checkout to pick up your order free in Sugar Grove, IL. We'll contact you when it's ready to arrange a time.

Privacy Policy

When you book a service, place an order or contact us, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, service or shipping address, vehicle details, and order or booking details. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we don't see or store your full card number. Our site also collects basic technical data, such as device, browser and pages visited, through cookies.

We use this information to schedule and perform services, fill and ship orders, contact you about your booking or order, provide customer support and improve our website. We won't send you marketing messages unless you agree to receive them.

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business — our website and booking platform (Wix), payment processors and shipping carriers — and only as needed to provide our services, or when the law requires it. We don't sell your personal information. We keep it as long as we need it to provide our services, keep business and tax records, and meet legal requirements.

Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to purchases and bookings made through resurrectionautodetail.com. Product descriptions, prices and availability can change without notice. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is unavailable or was listed at an incorrect price. Use products only as directed on the label and keep them out of reach of children.

Services listed with a "starting at" price are quoted based on your vehicle's size and condition. Appointments are subject to the booking terms shown when you book.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any product or service is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
